Refund & Warranty Information

We do everything to make sure each sale is accurate without error. Our goal is to ship only quality auto parts. As a rule: If it is our fault, we will pay the shipping and make it right. It’s a simple policy because we want to be your auto parts supplier not just for today, but into the future. Should an issue arise, you can return it for an exchange locally or for a refund if we cannot supply the replacement item. Original packaging and receipts are necessary. We cannot refund or accept any returns or exchange items that have been improperly installed or altered. All returns need to be approved before refunds will be issued. All approved returns once received back in our warehouse will have a refund issued within 36 hours. Most of our new aftermarket auto parts carry a lifetime warranty unless otherwise noted. We cannot accept any shipping or labor charges on any warranty claims not covered by the manufacturer. Warranty exchange or refunds can be made at our warehouse to avoid shipping charges. The customer assumes all responsibility producing the original sales receipt for all warranty claims.

Local sales to auto body shops, collision centers and auto repair shops in our local delivery area can schedule a pick-up, return or make exchanges at no cost within 30 days as long as the items are in their original package and have not been disassembled, tampered with or damaged for a full credit. If a job is cancelled we ask as a courtesy to inform us as quickly as possible so we can arrange a pickup for credit. If an issue arises from the sale of any of our used auto parts our professional customers can expect us to work with them for any labor on an individual situation basis. Maintaining an excellent working relationship is important to us.
